Ocean Bay Resort HVAC Design
The Ocean Bay Resort project involved the full design and implementation of a modern HVAC system tailored to coastal challenges. We engineered a custom solution that emphasized corrosion resistance, humidity regulation, and 24/7 comfort for guests. Energy recovery ventilators and sealed air handlers helped improve indoor air quality while reducing costs. We also installed UV air purifiers and stainless ducting to combat mold and salt air exposure. All systems were networked into a smart control hub, giving staff total climate oversight.
